We're building the support layer for AI-native teams.

QuickPly exists because customer support deserves the same craft that ships product, sales, and marketing tools.

We started QuickPly in late 2024, after watching a 22-person support team at a Series B startup spend more time toggling tabs than actually helping customers. The tools they used were either rigid macros from 2014 or generic AI bots that sounded nothing like their brand.

We thought: why isn't there a tool that drafts three thoughtful, on-brand replies in the same time it takes to read the question?

So we built it. QuickPly is what happens when an AI infrastructure team falls in love with the support function — fine-tuned on your tickets, integrated with the inboxes and helpdesks your team already lives in, designed by people who care about the difference between "Hi" and "Hi there."

We're a small, distributed team across SF, London, and Tokyo. We're remote-first, opinionated about craft, and we ship every weekday.
